Flathead Rear Fender

flathead motor in a Paughco frame

I met Mark Deblieck in January 2009 at the McCormick Place swap meet and bike show. The bike he’s finishing has a flathead Harley-Davidson motor in a Paughco rigid frame. Mark asked if I could shape a copper rear fender for the bike. This fender will have a brass accent running down the middle which will be held on by wing nuts to match other items on the bike. Here are some pictures of the progress.
